Fax orders Fill out the order form and fax it to us at 973 729 0082. We’ll confirm receipt via fax, phone, or email.

No-hassle returns Sometimes it just isn’t what you expected. We understand. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund or exchange, no questions asked. Just write a note explaining your request and send it back to us at: Returns—PB&J Stores, PO Box 522, Andover, NJ 07821. We’ll credit your card for the returned item and charge you for the new item when it’s shipped. Shipping charges apply for exchanges.
Standard delivery We ship all purchases via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Get free shipping with on all orders over $100.00. Other purchases require $8.00 minimum shipping and handling. Some orders may require additional shipping charges according to actual weight. We process and ship all orders as soon as possible, 7 days a week, 9-5 EST, pending credit card authorization. In-stock items are generally delivered 4-7 business days. Standard delivery applies to continental U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and Rural Routes. U.S. Territories, APO, or FPO addresses will be delivered within 10-14 business days.
Fast delivery We charge an additional $10.00 shipping fee to ship in-stock items with 2-3 business days. Fast delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
International orders Please call or email us to discuss all international orders. Additional $25.00 shipping fee applies. Fast delivery may not be available.
Gift Certificates
Love our bags but can’t choose one for someone else? Purchase a gift certificate starting at $25.00. Just use GIFTCERT on the order form. We can send the certificate to you or the recipient. Just include the recipient’s name and address on the order form along with your credit card information and your greeting. We’ll send a special card and certificate on your behalf. No shipping and handling for gift certificates.
